The company provides auditing appraisal validation of registered capital and construction cost auditing of large projects over 30 million (with A-level qualification for cost consulting) for central or local state-owned companies, collective enterprises, private enterprises, joint ventures and social organizations, policy banks and financial companies.

The company has undertaken and completed the auditing of fiscal year-end reports for China Bank Shanghai Branch Pudong Development Bank ,Shenyin Wanguo Securities, China Agriculture Bank Shanghai Branch, Shanghai Bank, Financial & Securities Corporation, PICC Shanghai Branch, Nonggongshang Group, Group, financial auditing and capital validation and auditing for Bacsteel Group, certificate change auditing for Shanghai international freight forwarding agencies and annual inspection and auditing for tourism industry.

The company has undertaken and completed the reorganization appraisal of Xinhu Steel Factory and overall appraisal (including reorganization appraisal) of Fujian Zhangquan Railway.

The company has undertaken and completed the overall engineering cost consulting service for Oriental Pearl Broadcasting & TV Tower, Shanghai Grand Theatre. International Conference Center, Securities Building, Shanghai Urban Outer Ring, Henan Nan Lu Station, Dongfang Lu Station and Central Park Station along Metro Line 2, and Shanghai Industry & Commerce Mansion In 1999, the company has completed 1080 engineering cost consulting cost consulting projects, among which 76 projects are over 10 million, 8 projects are over 100 million with a total auditing value of 469.5 billion and reduction rate of 13.6%. In 1999.the business revenue was 40.28 million; in 2000,the business revenue was 44 million and in 2001. the business revenue was 48 million, showing an increasing tendency.

The company now has a total number of 168 employees, Among them, 18 employees have senior title. 106 have iniddle-level title, 67 are Certified Public Accountants, 20 are Certified Cost Engineers. 37 are auditors, 26 are assets appraisers, 14 are real estate valuators. 2 are land appraisers and 8 are certified tax auditors.
